Coaching matters because teaching and leading are too important to do in isolation. Great teaching and leadership don’t just happen; they are cultivated. Coaching is one of the most powerful ways we support our teachers and leaders. Our Teacher Coaches partner with educators to provide on-the-job, tailored support where it matters most - directly in the classroom. Our PK–12 Leadership Coaches offer personalized, non-evaluative support for administrators, creating space to reflect, take risks, and grow. Instructional Coaching
Teacher Coaches bring support directly into the classroom, working side by side with educators. Whether it’s co-planning, modeling lessons, co-teaching, or observing and giving feedback, they offer encouragement and strategies tailored to each educator’s needs.
Our coaches focus on building strong, collaborative relationships. They support teachers who are new to the profession or new to NNPS. By blending instructional expertise with a relationship-first approach, Teacher Coaches help new teachers build confidence and skills so our students experience engaging, effective teaching in every classroom.
